“Bucks 4 Beards” Campaign raises funds for tornado relief

PERRYVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — The “Bucks 4 Beards” campaign is raising money for the Tornado Relief Fund, with a unique twist. Brent “the Bearded Baron” Buerck, Perryville’s city administrator, is letting voters decide his new beard style.

In exchange for a donation, voters can choose from styles like the Monkey Tail, Batman or Mr. T (Mohawk included). The new look will be revealed at City Hall for a week starting April 16.

Voting ends April 14, and all proceeds will go toward disaster relief for citizens affected by the tornado. To participate, visit the Perry Park Center.
