Cairo bridge to close for inspection

CAIRO, Ill. (KBSI) – In approximately two weeks, the U.S. 60-62 bridge over the Mississippi River will be closed for inspection.

According to the Illinois Department of Transportation, the closure will commence Monday, March 20, and continue through March 23, and again from March 27 through March 30.

Message board will be in place to direct drivers.
