Calloway County man arrested for felony offenses

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) – Billy K. Reed, 42, of Almo, Kentucky, was arrested for multiple felony offenses on April 10, 2025. This marks his 38th arrest in Calloway County since 2001.
At approximately 10 a.m., deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant in Dexter.
Reed fled the scene in a vehicle at a high speed, prompting a multi-mile pursuit.
A deputy executed a PIT maneuver near Almo, causing the vehicle to leave the road and become disabled in a ditch.
Reed was taken into custody without incident.
Reed faces the following charges:
Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree-Motor Vehicle (Class C felony)
Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 3rd or > Off-Methamphetamine (Class D felony)
Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree (Class D felony)
Driving Under the Influence of Substance
Operating on Suspended License
Failure to Maintain Insurance
Various Traffic Offenses
