Calloway County man arrested on drug charges in Murray

MURRAY, Ky., (KBSI) — The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Murray man Tuesday afternoon after investigators say he was found in possession of illegal drugs.

Deputies took Kim L. Kingins, 55, into custody at a residence on 7th Street at around 2 p.m. on Dec. 9. During the investigation, authorities determined Kingins was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

He was booked into the Calloway County Detention Facility.

Kingins is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine), a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
