Cape Comic Con to move to Show Me Center

Cape Comic Con Moving To Show Me Center

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Cape Comic Con will be moving locations this Fall.

In its 19th year, the convention will be moving from the Drury Plaza Hotel across town to the Show Me Center. The convention has also been at the Osage Centre in the past.

Cape Comic Con Director Ken Murphy revealed what has allowed the convention to thrive for so long.

“Consistency and digging in and grinding out, and building your audience and putting on a show that has value to the community that supports it and respects them and gives them a value for their dollar,” he said. “You do that over and over with some good marketing and some really good luck and some amazing support from the community, and now we’re able to take the show as they say to the next level.”

This year’s Cape Comic Con will run from Friday, Nov. 1 to Sunday, Nov. 3.
