Cape for a Cure event set for Sept. 13 in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – Cape for a Cure will host a community event Saturday, Sept. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Elk’s Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

The free event will feature live music, food trucks, drinks, games and activities for all ages. A silent auction will begin at 4:30 p.m., and Daugherty Enterprises will present a caregiver support technology showcase at 5:30 p.m.

The C2N Precivity blood test will also be available on site.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.

Cape for a Cure is hosted by Guardian Primary Care and sponsored by Daugherty Enterprises Foundation.
