Cape Girardeau boy found safe

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Cape Girardeau police officers say a missing Cape Girardeau boy was found safe and is home.

Nine-year-old Jaden Welch of Cape Girardeau was last seen at his home in the 2800 block of Whitener Street around 12:45 p.m. on Friday, August 16.

Welch and his bicycle went missing.

Police say Welch was found safe and taken home.
