Cape Girardeau City Council approves adding Southeast Redhawk logo to water tower

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – The Cape Girardeau City Council approved Southeast Missouri State University’s proposal to put the Redhawks logo on the Cape Girardeau water tower.

“I mean SEMO does bring a lot of foot traffic to our town so why not represent something that we’re proud of,”said Cape Girardeau resident Rachel Litte.

Residents of Cape Girardeau say they think the decision is a good move because they’re proud of SEMO.
