CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – The City of Cape Girardeau Council held a closed meeting on February 14, 2024.

The meeting was pursuant to Section MO 610.021 This section includes but is not limited to legal actions, causes to legal actions or litigations, leasing, purchasing, or sale of real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining personnel issues, confidential or privileged communications with an attorney.
