Cape Girardeau Kiwanis Club hosts first ever Jeep Show

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Kiwanis Cape Girardeau hosted its first ever Jeep Show on Saturday.

All in all, 63 Jeeps entered the show at Kiwanis Park. Classes included military, antique, dirtiest, most customized, and people’s choice best of show.

Committee member Tim Adkisson said this was a successful first show, but there are some things to improve on for next year and beyond.

“We’ve got some ideas on adding some things, like maybe a poker run at the end of the show, offer better classes. We didn’t do great on classes this year, so we’re going to improve some things like that. A lot of learning this year and improving next year,” he said.

This event was a fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club.
