Cape Girardeau man accused of child molestation in Scott City
SCOTT CITY, Mo (KBSI) – Scott City police arrested a man accused of child molestation and child porn.
Joseph Ray Hogeland of Cape Girardau faces charges of child molestation-4th degree-child less than 17 years of age and greater than 4 years of age and possession of child pornography -1st offense.
Scott City police officers conducted an investigation into the alleged conduct of Hogeland after receiving a complaint.
A warrant was issued for Hogeland. He was taken to the Scott City Police Department with no bond allowed.
