Cape Girardeau man accused of shooting gun at door

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – A man is in custody after an incident involving a gun took place in Cape Girardeau.
On November 1, officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to a shots fired call on the 900 block of Hackberry Street.
Officers learned a man had attempted to force his way into the home and fired a gun at the victim’s door.
The suspect left the scene before officers arrived.
After investigation officers identified the suspect as Bryan Depree, 19, of Cape Girardeau.
Dupree was taken into custody on November 28, and charged through the Cape Girardeau County Prosecutors Office for class B felony of domestic assault in the first degree, armed criminal action X3, Class B felony of assault in the first degree and class B felony of unlawful use of a weapon.
Depree was being held on a $100,000 bond.
