Cape Girardeau PD asks for public’s help identifying burglary suspect

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – The Cape Girardeau Police Department is asking for the public’s helping identifying a man accused of stealing from a gas station on September 3.

Police say the suspect forced entry to the Winks Gas Station at 2505 Veterans Memorial just after midnight setting off the business alarm and stole an undisclosed amount of money.

Anyone who know the identity of the man in the photos is asked to call the Cape Girardeau Police Department at 573-335-6621 (Business Line), 573-339-6313 (Anonymous Tip Line) or text “CAPEPD” to 847411.
