Cape Girardeau Police Department honors Patrolman Tisher

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Girardeau Police Department announced that Patrolman Tisher has received the 2025 Sandlot Salute award, presented by Missouri Bulls Baseball.

The award recognizes outstanding community service and leadership. Patrolman Tisher, a Field Training Officer, has demonstrated exceptional work ethic and dedication to his role.

Tisher resumed his duties after returning from military deployment. He has served the department for nine and a half years, excelling in fugitive apprehension and criminal investigations.

His community engagement efforts have helped build a network of contacts, supporting ongoing investigations and contributing to the safety and well-being of the community.
