Cape Girardeau police investigating after shots fired

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Cape Girardeau police are invesigating after shots were fired Thursday night.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of S. Ellis for a report of shots fired around 9 p.m. on December 14.

Officers found evidence indicating shots had been fired.

They also found a home that was struck by bullets.

No reports of injuries have been made.

No arrests have been made.

The investigation continues.
