Cape Girardeau police investigating report of shots fired

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Cape Girardeau police officers are investigating a report of shots fired on Thursday, March 23.

Officers responded to the 500 block of N. Silver Springs Road about 8 p.m.

It happened in the parking lot of Cape West Laundry.

One car in the parking lot had damage, according to police

Officers recovered several pieces of evidence from the scene.

No arrests have been made. No injuries have been reported.

Officers are still investigating.
