Cape Girardeau woman faces statutory sodomy charges
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – A Cape Girardeau woman faces statutory sodomy charges.
Carly Wyatt, 28, of Cape Girardeau faces four counts of class D felony of statutory sodomy in the second degree.
Officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department arrested Wyatt around 3 p.m. on August 15.
On August 1, investigators met with a juvenile who disclosed that she had been involved in a sexual assault involving Wyatt. The juvenile told police all the incidents took place at Wyatt’s home in Cape Girardeau.
The juvenile disclosed Wyatt provided alcohol knowing the juvenile was under the age of 21. The juvenile told police this happened multiple times since July 4.
Wyatt is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
