Cape PD investigating sexual assault report

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – The Cape Police Department is investigating after receiving information of a possible sexual assault.

According to the Cape Girardeau Police Department on Halloween, Thursday October 31st, 2024, officers responded to the 600 block of Silver Springs Road for a report of sexual assault.

No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is still ongoing.
