Cape PD’s third newest K9, Gaston!

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – The Cape Girardeau Police Department has introduced a new addition to the department.

K9 Gaston is the third newest K9 to join the department.

Gaston is a 2-year-old German Shepherd, born in Holland and trained in the U.S. with his handler, Officer Koesterer.

He is a dual-purpose K9, expertly trained in detecting narcotics, tracking, and apprehension.

Gaston makes a great addition to the department!
