Carbondale police searching for missing siblings

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two missing siblings last seen Tuesday evening in Carbondale.

Officers said Nadine Adams, 17, and Jesse Smith, 12, were last seen around 7:30 p.m. March 24 in the 400 block of South Emerald Street. Police were notified of their disappearance at approximately 11:27 p.m.

Nadine is described as 5 feet tall, weighing about 123 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair and hazel eyes. Jesse is described as 5 feet tall, weighing about 100 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. No clothing description was available.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Carbondale Police Department. The investigation remains ongoing.
