Carbondale police seek help locating missing woman, 45

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) – The Carbondale Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.

Julia Andrew, 45, of Carbondale, was last seen Sept. 3 in the 400 block of South Beveridge Street. She is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said Andrew was last seen wearing shorts and carrying a blue backpack and a stuffed animal. She suffers from a condition that places her in danger.
