Chateau Girardeau Rehabilitation Center earns 2026 customer experience award

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) — The Chateau Girardeau Rehabilitation Center has received a 2026 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, recognizing its performance in patient satisfaction and quality of care.
The award highlights the center’s performance in areas including overall satisfaction, dignity and respect, response to concerns, pace of progress, therapy environment, equipment quality and therapist expertise.
Activated Insights said facilities receiving the award consistently rank in the top 15% of care providers nationwide over the previous 12 months.
“It is our pleasure to congratulate The Chateau Girardeau for their well-deserved achievement,” said Bud Meadows, chief executive officer of Activated Insights. “It’s wonderful to see the work they are doing to provide high-quality care.”
The Chateau Girardeau Rehabilitation Center partners with Infinity Rehab to provide therapy and rehabilitation services.
Jimmy Wilferth, president and CEO of The Chateau Girardeau, said the recognition reflects the dedication of the facility’s rehabilitation team.
“Our rehab team is extremely dedicated and focused on delivering the best care to our residents,” Wilferth said.
