Chicago man in serious condition after Greenville crash

GREENVILLE, MO (KBSI) – Jose Xol Coy from Chicago, IL is in serious condition after his 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee struck the rear of a 2014 Freightliner straight truck on Aug. 25 in Greenville, MO.

Xol Coy was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported by air evac to Mercy Hospital in Saint Louis, MO. He remains in serious condition according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
