Clear skies for the weekend, storms throughout next week
Low temperatures tonight drop down into the lower to mid 60s. A few spots will get just under 70, but overall a cool and pleasant evening ahead with a light breeze out of the northwest.
We get a beautiful start to the weekend on Saturday, with temperatures into the lower 80s just before noon.
High temperatures across the region are forecasted to be right around average, with most places seeing mid to upper 80s and sunshine. Winds on Saturday will remain light out of the northwest.
Expect a break from the humidity on Saturday as well! After seeing dewpoints in the upper 70s on Independence day, we’re back down into the lower 60s tomorrow. This should help make the air feel a little less sticky for any outdoor plans this weekend.
Get out and enjoy the nice weather while you can, the rest of the weekend stays clear with high temperatures near average. As we start the work week, we begin to see chances of showers and thunderstorms for the rest of the forecast. Some of the moisture from Hurricane Beryl works into the region throughout the middle part of next week, which will bring us a few small chances for showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures look to be cooler next week, with highs forecasted in the low to mid 80s.
