Community donations help provide new body armor for Carrier Mills police officer

CARRIER MILLS, Ill., (KBSI) — Community donations have helped the Carrier Mills Police Department purchase new body armor for one of its officers.
According to the department, Officer Graves recently received new protective body armor funded through donations from Blake Brachear of Country Financial and Jason Endicott of SERVPRO Restoration.
Village officials thanked both businesses for their contributions, noting that the equipment will help enhance officer safety while serving the community.
The Village of Carrier Mills and the police department expressed appreciation for the support from local businesses and their commitment to public safety.
