POPLAR BLUFF, Mo., (KBSI) — Five people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday in Butler County, authorities said.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred at 9:30 a.m. on US 60, about 7 miles east of Poplar Bluff.

A 2014 Dodge Charger driven by a 40-year-old Charleston man collided with a 2015 Honda Odyssey, causing it to travel off the road and overturn.

The Charger’s driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, suffered serious injuries and was flown to St. Francis Medical Center.

The Odyssey’s 26-year-old driver and three passengers, ages 49, 6 and 2, were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
