Crash shuts down part of Route 3 South in Union County

UNION COUNTY, Ill. (KBSI) – Due to a crash, State Route 3 South is closed from State Route 146 W at the State Route 3 Ware intersection to the Union/Alexander County line in McClure, according to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and detour through Olive Branch and State Route 127.
