Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests, incidents

EDDYVILLE, Ky., (KBSI) — The Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office reported several arrests and incidents between Jan. 6-11.

On Jan. 6, Deputy David Carroll arrested Steven Warfield, 47, of Kuttawa, on a Marshall Circuit Court indictment warrant charging him with trafficking in controlled substances, possession of marijuana, and other offenses. Warfield was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.

On Jan. 8, deputies arrested and charged several individuals, including:

— Paige E. Hill, 24, of Princeton, on a Caldwell District Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

— Herbert R. Brennan, 56, of Nevada, on a Lyon District Court bench warrant for contempt of court.

— Austin G. Oliver, 39, of Eddyville, on a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant charging him with burglary, criminal mischief, and other offenses.

— Tamara Gipson, 47, of Eddyville, on a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant charging her with perjury.

Heather D. Thornton, 45, of Marion, was arrested on two outstanding warrants, including a Lyon District Court complaint warrant charging her with possession of controlled substances. She was also found to be in possession of additional illegal narcotics and charged accordingly.

Deputies responded to several vehicle collisions, including a single-vehicle collision on KY 730 West on Jan. 8, which resulted in minor injuries to the driver, Tyler A. West, 30, of Princeton.

On Jan. 9, deputies served Heather Anderson, 49, of Cawood, with a Harlan District Court bench warrant for non-payment of court costs.

Joshua E. Harper, 35, of Eddyville, was arrested on Jan. 9 for criminal trespassing, possession of controlled substances, and public intoxication.

On Jan. 10, Chief Deputy Sam Adams served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant on Paula J. Hunter, 47, of Eddyville, charging her with possession of controlled substances and other offenses.

On Jan. 11, Chief Deputy Adams served a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant on Michael R. Mason, 48, of Princeton, charging him with possession of controlled substances.
