Death investigation after domestic dispute in Minor

MINOR, Mo. (KBSI) – An investigation is underway after a man was found deceased.

According to Minor Police Department Officers responded to a 911 call of a domestic dispute situation.

The caller told dispatch that her spouse was armed with a gun and threatening to harm himself after an altercation with his spouse.

As officers arrived on scene a single gunshot was heard from inside the residence.

As officers approached the door of the residence a male victim was found with a single gunshot wound under his chin.

Officers say life saving measures were made but the victim was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

This is an ongoing investigation.
