Deputies’ dashcams capture close call with storm in McCracken County
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Three deputies narrowly escaped injury when a tornado tore through western McCracken County on Tuesday evening.
The deputies, staged in two vehicles at a church, were caught off guard as the tornado approached.
Their in-car cameras captured the twister’s arrival and passage.
Video footage shows the two vehicles, parked in opposite directions, as the tornado hits.
At one point, one of the cruisers is lifted and moved by the strong winds.
