Dexter Police Department looking for missing man

DEXTER, Mo. (KBSI) – The Dexter Police Department asks for the public’s help finding a missing 61-year-old man.

Robert Watts, 61, was reported missing to Dexter police on Monday, Oct. 11.

Watts was last seen in the Chicago area at a friend’s funeral. He was reported to have checked out of Ashland Hotel in Chicago at 2 a.m. on Monday.

Watts’ cell phone was left in the hotel room and was found by a hotel employee. He has not been seen nor heard from since.

Robert was driving a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, blue/grey in color with Missouri License of 1SDX32.

He has been entered into the national database as a missing person.
