FRANKFORT, Ky., (KBSI) — Andy Beshear announced a new manufacturing investment in Kentucky as Poland-based Displate plans to open its first U.S. facility in Louisville.

Officials said the company will invest $9.5 million in the project, creating 79 full-time jobs. The nearly 60,000-square-foot facility will support manufacturing and logistics operations as part of Displate’s expansion into the North American market.

The company produces metal poster artwork and distributes products globally. The new Kentucky facility is expected to improve delivery times, reduce costs and increase operational flexibility, with plans to handle up to half of U.S. orders by the end of 2026.

State and local officials said the investment reflects continued growth in Kentucky’s manufacturing sector and highlights the state’s workforce and logistics advantages.

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority has preliminarily approved incentives tied to the project based on job creation and investment targets.
