Doniphan City Police make arrest on outstanding warrant, drug charges

DONIPHAN, Mo., (KBSI) – Doniphan City Police, assisted by the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Houston Tyler Ball, 35, of Fairdealing, on Monday.

Ball faces charges including:

Outstanding warrant for failure to comply with Halloween-related restrictions for sex offenders, a Class D felony
Possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor

Ball is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
