Doniphan man arrested on drug charges

DONIPHAN, Mo. (KBSI) – Man arrested after being found passed out in his truck.

According to the Doniphan police department on December 12, 2024, at 3:30 pm the Doniphan Police Department was contacted in reference to a man asleep in a red truck.

Officers arrived and identified the individual as Brian E Robbins age 45 of Doniphan. 

In plain view the officer noticed a glass bong which contained a white residue.

During the search of the subject, an Officer also located another glass pipe which contained a white residue.

Both the glass pipe and glass bong were field tested, and tested positive for methamphetamine.

 Robbins was arrested and taken to the Ripley County Detention Center and faces charges of:

-Class D Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.

-Class E Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
