Doniphan man arrested on drug charges

DONIPHAN, Mo., (KBSI) – Drake O’Neil Nelson, 30, of Doniphan, was arrested by Doniphan City Police on the following charges:

Class D felony possession of a controlled substance
Class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
Failure to register motor vehicle
No insurance

Nelson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
