PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — The Dorena-Hickman Ferry resumed operations Sunday, Jan. 12, after a temporary closure due to weather conditions on Jan. 10.

The ferry is now running on its winter schedule, with the last departure from the Kentucky landing at 4:15 p.m. CST and the last departure from the Missouri landing at 4:30 p.m. CST.

The Dorena-Hickman Ferry connects KY 1354 in Hickman, Kentucky, with Missouri Route A and Route 77 near Dorena, Missouri, serving as a critical transportation link and tourist attraction.
