Dump truck crash closes KY 123 near 22 mile marker

HICKMAN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Hickman County 911 Dispatch reports KY 123 is blocked at the KY 80 intersection by a crash involving a dump truck.

The crash is along KY 123 near the 22 mile marker north of Columbus not far from the Hickman-Carlisle County Line, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

Gravel is scattered along the roadway at the crash site that will have to be cleared before the road can reopen.

KY 123 is estimated to be blocked until about 5:45 p.m.

A detour is available via KY 877 and KY 80 through Arlington.
