CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — An educational event for cosmetologists was held in Cape Girardeau, bringing industry professionals together for hands-on learning and skill development.
Renowned hair stylist and educator Sam Villa, along with platform educator Anna Peters, led the class for local stylists and students in the field.
