Endangered Person Advisory canceled after missing 81-year-old woman found dead
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – An Endangered Person Advisory for a missing 81-year-old woman was canceled after she was found dead.
The Cape Girardeau Police Department issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Rose Mary Weaver after she went missing on July 30.
On August 7, the Missouri State Highway Patrol canceled the advisory after troopers say she was found dead.
Authorities did not specify where she was found or how she died.
Weaver suffered from depression and made suicidal statements to family members, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
She was last seen in downtown Cape Girardeau near the intersection of Broadway and North Main Street on July 30 at 11:48 a.m.
