Endangered Person Advisory issued for missing 16-year-old in Madison County

FREDERICKTOWN, Mo., (KBSI) — UPDATE: The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has canceled an Endangered Person Advisory issued for a missing 16-year-old girl.
The advisory was originally issued after Lilly Watkins was reported missing around 8:25 p.m. on Feb. 22 from the 1800 block of Madison County Road 504 in Fredericktown.
Watkins was described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 115 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes. She wears glasses and was last seen wearing a gray cross-country sweatshirt with “2019” and a map on the back, blue jeans and brown Hey Dude brand shoes.
Authorities previously identified Jessica Watkins, 37, as a possible associate in the case.
Officials said Lilly Watkins was located Feb. 24 and is safe.

Investigators believe Lilly may be in the company of her biological, non-custodial mother, Jessica Watkins, 37. Jessica Watkins is described as a white female, 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with blue eyes. Hair color is unknown.
