Endangered Person Advisory issued for missing 16-year-old in Madison County

FREDERICKTOWN, Mo., (KBSI) — The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Authorities say Lilly Watkins was reported missing from 1859 Madison County Road 504 in Fredericktown at approximately 8:25 p.m. on Feb. 22.
Lilly Watkins is described as a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 115 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.
She wears glasses and was last seen wearing a gray cross-country sweatshirt with “2019” and a map on the back, blue jeans and brown Hey Dude brand shoes.
Investigators believe Lilly may be in the company of her biological, non-custodial mother, Jessica Watkins, 37. Jessica Watkins is described as a white female, 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with blue eyes. Hair color is unknown.
Anyone who sees the missing teen or has information about her whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the Madison County Sheriff’s Office at 573-783-2192.
