Essex takes Oath of Office for City Council Member Ward 5

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI)- Ryan Essex solemnly swears to possess all qualifications for City Council Member Ward 5, as required by Missouri laws and the City of Cape Girardeau’s Charter and Ordinances.

He pledges to support:
