Explore downtown Cape Girardeau’s commercial properties at open house event

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Old Town Cape, Inc. will host its annual Downtown Commercial Property Open House on May 1 from 4:30-7 p.m.

The event will feature tours of various commercial buildings in downtown Cape Girardeau available for sale or lease.

The Economic Vitality committee of Old Town Cape is hosting the event to support existing businesses and attract new ones to the area.

“We want to empower current downtown businesses and facilitate growth for new ones,” said Blake Lingle, chair of the Economic Vitality Committee.

The event is free and open to the public, with no registration required.

Representatives will be available at each location to answer questions and provide information.
