Fire contained at Gray Plaza Motel in Marion; No injuries reported

MARION, Ill., (KBSI) — Fire crews responded Tuesday to a blaze at the Gray Plaza Motel near the intersection of Illinois 13 and Russell Street.
Flames were reported coming from a second-floor room on the southeast side of the building.
The fire was brought under control shortly after crews arrived.
No injuries have been reported. Firefighters remain on the scene as of press time to ensure the fire is fully extinguished and the area is safe.
