First State Community Bank to host free back-to-school event

FARMINGTON, Mo., (KBSI) — First State Community Bank is partnering with the Saint Francis Foundation and Saint Francis Clinic Farmington to host a free Back-to-School Bash for local families.

The event will take place Aug. 12 from 5-7 p.m. at Saint Francis Clinic Farmington, 515 Maple Valley Drive.

Families with pre-kindergarten and elementary-age children can enjoy hot dogs, games, storytelling, and kids’ activities. Free school supplies, books, and diapers will be available while supplies last.

The event is part of First State Community Bank’s commitment to supporting local children and families. The bank recently donated to the Saint Francis Foundation to help launch the Reach Out and Read program, which provides free books to children during well-child visits.
