Former Eldorado School District employee faces multiple felony charges

SALINE COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — Isaac J. Murray, 23, a former employee of the Eldorado school district, made his initial court appearance today on multiple felony charges, including predatory criminal sexual assault of a child under 13 and aggravated kidnapping.

Murray faces at least 10 felony counts, with some classified as Class X felonies. The charges were filed on May 22, 2025.

Murray was ordered held in custody until trial, with a preliminary hearing set for June 9, 2025.

The Illinois State Police confirmed they were requested to investigate an incident involving a teacher’s aide in the Eldorado School District.
