Four arrested after drug bust in Pulaski County; drugs, weapon, explosive device seized

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) – Four people were arrested after a drug investigation in Pulaski County, Missouri, where authorities said narcotics, weapons and an explosive device were recovered, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

Members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group, along with sheriff’s deputies and a special response team, executed a search warrant the evening of May 4, 2026.

Authorities said investigators seized fentanyl, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a firearm and an improvised explosive device during the operation.

Four people were taken into custody and transported to the Pulaski County Detention Facility. Those arrested were identified as Ashley Sallee of Dixon, Erika Hildebrand of Richland, Katie Rulo of Eldon and Robert Ayers of Dixon.

Sallee faces charges including second-degree drug trafficking, distribution and possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute. Hildebrand and Ayers are charged with possession of narcotics, and Rulo is accused of a probation violation.

Sheriff Stacy Ball said the investigation is part of ongoing efforts to target drug activity in the area.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
