PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Four people were arrested following an identity theft and attempted bank fraud investigation involving two Paducah financial institutions, police said.

The Paducah Police Department, with assistance from the Charleston Police Department, made the arrests after officers responded at about 11:01 a.m. Dec. 30, 2025, to a bank in the 2900 block of Broadway.

Police said officers were called after a woman attempted to withdraw money from an account that did not belong to her. The suspect was identified as Ireaun A. Myles, who was found to be in possession of a fraudulent Alabama driver’s license bearing the name of the account holder. Investigators said Myles attempted to withdraw $30,000 from the account.

While officers were at the bank, they observed a vehicle circling the parking lot. The vehicle fled the area and was later entered into the Flock Safety camera system, police said.

Detectives took over the investigation and learned that earlier the same day, Myles had attempted to withdraw $9,400 from another Paducah bank using a different fictitious identity.

Using the Flock Safety system, detectives tracked the suspect vehicle to Charleston, Missouri. Officers there located the vehicle and arrested Juwon Steward, Luntavious Bright and Amaya Young in connection with the Paducah incidents, authorities said.

Myles was lodged in the McCracken County Jail. Steward, Bright and Young were lodged in the Mississippi County Detention Center in Charleston.

Paducah police thanked the Charleston Police Department for its assistance in the investigation.
