FOX23 delivers schools supplies to area districts

(KBSI) – Through YOUR donation hundreds of school supplies are being handed out to local schools!

FOX23 News Anchor Holly Brantly met with Kelly School District Superintendent Dr. Bradley Kolwyck yesterday to deliver school supplies.

Over 500 different supplies of all kinds were handed over to Kelly Schools.

Teachers, students, and administrators say these supplies will go a long way in helping the district.

Superintendent Dr. Bradley Kolwyck shares how the supplies will help throughout the school year “Most school supplies are consumables so; they do run out whether it be 1st quarter 2nd quarter or 3rd quarter. I mean, yes you run out of paper, glue and they’re all consumables. At some point in the year, we’re going to need to replenish them and some of these students may not be able to afford to replenish them.”

Wednesday Holly will be dropping off supplies at Cape Schools and on Thursday Holly will deliver to Bollinger County schools.
