Franklin County Sheriff issues warrants for 3 suspects

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in locating three individuals wanted on outstanding warrants.

Those wanted include:

— William E. Hansford, 38, of West Frankfort, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
— Mark A. Hopper, 57, of West Frankfort, on a charge of delivery of methamphetamine.
— Jessica D. Mason, 50, of DuQuoin, on a charge of cyberstalking.

Authorities caution that some of these individuals may be considered armed and/or dangerous. If spotted, do not approach them. Instead, contact local law enforcement or the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department at 618-438-4841. Tips can also be submitted through the department’s mobile app.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
