Franklin County Sheriff’s Department seeks public’s help in locating wanted individuals

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in locating three individuals wanted on various charges.

Trina M. Bruhnsen, 47, is wanted for aggravated battery to a peace officer and was last known to be living in the Christopher area.

Jason R. Justice, 45, is wanted for domestic battery and was last known to be living in the Zeigler area.

Kaitlynn S. Abernathy, 23, is wanted for retail theft and was last known to be living in the Zeigler area.

The sheriff’s department warns that some of these individuals may be considered armed and/or dangerous and advises the public not to approach them. Instead, contact local law enforcement or the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department at 618-438-4841.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
